Many Punjabi men and woman are currently unhappy with the way they are being treated within India by both the Prime Minster and the Chief Minister of Punjab. These people are justified in their reasons as the state of Punjab does not seem to be advancing on the same level as other states and cities within the country and feel as If they are being short-changed with the money allocated for upgrades and anything good they do have is being taken from them.
